This course provides you with the purpose of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its regulations with an emphasis on increasing public awareness to remove attitudinal barriers faced by those with invisible disabilities, but more specifically, in their use of service animals in the Hospitality, Transportation and Food Industries.
Although the AODA is specific to Ontario, the principles taught in this course apply to every jurisdiction in Canada.
